At The Meadows we want you to be able to create the absolute best wedding that suits your unique needs. Because of this, we have created two BASE packages for you to start with. Go ahead! Choose a base package and then move on to select the perfect add-ons to make your event all your own.

  •  2 pm to 12 am access to property on day of event

  • up to 200 guests (please contact us for more information if greater than 200 guests)

  • gorgeous bridal suite with private bathroom and makeup stations

  • luxurious groom’s lounge with fully stocked bar cart

  • backyard courtyard with bistro lighting

  • chef’s kitchen for caterers

  • wedding arch of your choice + seating for 50 guests

  • up to 2 parking attendants

  • luxury portable bathroom trailer with private stalls (5 hours) (100 guests - $1,650; 200 guests - $2000) (bathroom trailer is REQUIRED for 80+ guests)

  • faux eucalyptus garland and ivory table runner for each table ($10 per table)

  • 20X30 clear top tent without walls (fits approximately 30 people) {$1035}

  • 60X80 white top tent w/o walls for 200 guests {$3100}

  • 60X100 white top tent w/o walls for 250 guests {$3500}

  • trailer bar w/up to 2 bartenders for 4 hours {$800 + groceries}

  • if you choose outside vendors, it is your responsibility to coordinate them

  • ABSOLUTELY NO SPARKLERS, CANDLES, OR FIREWORKS ALLOWED
